In summary, this is a way for me to ensure that all posts and content on this site is made in good faith and without intent to allude. The use and collection of personal information are only for providing and improving this blog. It enables a better understanding of what content and products the users want to be displayed and provided. It also enables advertisements from other organizations on this blog, which I earn money from. The information collected on this blog might also be used for future marketing communications to you. For example newsletters, marketing or promotional materials.

This blog does not collect any sensitive information such as details about your race, ethnicity, religion, political affiliations, or sexual orientation.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Digital downloads
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Right to withdrawal

When you have purchased an item you have the right to withdraw from this agreement without giving any reason within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after day 1.

If you want to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send the trader a clear and distinct
notification of your decision to withdraw from the agreement (eg a letter sent by post,
fax or e-mail). You can use the attached template, but you do not have to
use it.

In order for you to have time to exercise your right of withdrawal in time, it is enough that you submit
your notification that you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effect of the exercised right of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments we
received from you, among them also delivery costs (but then does not count extra
delivery costs as a result of you choosing a different delivery method than that
cheapest standard delivery we offer). The refund will be made without
unnecessary delay and in any case no later than 14 days from
the day when we were notified of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. We will
use the same means of payment for the refund that you have used yourself
for the initial business event unless you have expressly agreed
with us about something else. In any case, the refund will not
cost you anything.

Instructions for completing the form

1. The following options must be entered:

a. In the case of service agreements or agreements for the supply of water, gas or electricity in
the cases where the sale does not take place in a limited volume or one
fixed quantity, or supply of district heating or of digital
content not delivered on a physical medium: “when the agreement started. ”

b. In the case of a purchase agreement: “then you or any third party, but not
the carrier, as you indicate, takes physical possession of the goods”.

c. In the case of agreements concerning several goods that the consumer ordered in one
and the same order and delivered separately: “then you
or any third party, but not the carrier, like you
indicates, takes the last item into physical possession ”.

d. In the case of an agreement relating to a product consisting of several items or
parts: “when you or any third party, but not the carrier,
as you specify, take the last entry or part in physical
possession”.

e. In the case of agreements regarding regular recurring delivery of
goods for a certain period of time: “when you or any third party, but not
the carrier, as you indicate, takes the first item in physical
possession”.

3. You can also on our website [enter the Internet address]
electronically complete and submit the standard form for exercising
the right of withdrawal or any other unequivocal notice. If you choose it
this option we will without delay be on a lasting medium
(for example by e-mail) confirm that we have received your decision
to exercise the right of withdrawal. 

4. a. We will wait with the refund until we receive the item back from you or
until you have submitted proof that you have returned the item, whichever
occurs first. 

b. You will have to pay them directly
the costs of returning the goods. The costs
estimated at a maximum of approximately  [500 SEK / 50 EUR]. 

c. You are only responsible for the reduced value of the goods as a result of handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods.

5. You must return the item to us or hand it over to [Cajsa Borg, Norr Kärrbäck 136, 73392 Sala Sweden] without undue delay
and at least no later than 14 days after the day you notified us
about your decision to withdraw from the agreement. The withdrawal period shall be deemed to have
observed if you return the goods before this
fourteen-day period expired.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply

There are exceptions when the right of withdrawal does not apply. According to Swedish and EU regulations.

Examples of goods and services to which the right of withdrawal does not apply:

  • A sealed audio or video recording or a sealed computer program and the seal has been broken by the consumer.
  • Goods that are sealed for health and hygiene reasons, such as underwear, where the seal has been broken by the consumer.
  • Cultural events and sports events.
  • Travel and accommodation such as airline tickets and hotel nights.
  • Leisure activities performed on a specific day or for a limited period of time, such as cultural events or football matches.
  • A service that has been completed and the consumer has expressly agreed to the service being started without the right of withdrawal.
  • Goods that can deteriorate rapidly, such as food.
  • Single issue of a newspaper or magazine.
  • Goods that are specially made according to the consumer’s instructions or that have a clear personal touch, for example, family photos.
  • Digital content, such as downloading a film, if the consumer has expressly consented to the commenced delivery and that there is thereby no right of withdrawal.
  • Agreement outside the business premises if the total amount is less than SEK 400.
